The First Sixty Hours is the first chapter of a one hundred and sixty hour Yin Yoga teacher training programme designed and delivered by Kitty Maguire with guest teachers.
Kitty’s insight as a practitioner of yin yoga and sacred circles has revealed an overwhelming need and thirst for practices that bring people back home to their body and help them create a kinder more compassionate approach to themselves, their community and the planet. The more popular focus on Yang energy – the outward, faster vigour often underpins a drive for perfection, a striving for more and the desire to be permanently switched on. There has never been such a need for personal, global and planetary connection to yin energy and practices to balance out both yin and yang energies. Kitty takes her fusion of yin and yang experience, personally developed techniques, and shares the importance of balance in this very yang world.
The Heart of Yin is about the essence and fundamentals of Yin Yoga and Yin Energy.
